This Notice of Revocation of a Power of Attorney (POA) is required to cancel a Land POA.
The Applicant can be the Land Owner, a Personal Representative of the estate of a deceased Land Owner, a Legal Guardian of Land Owner appointed by the Court, a Director or other Officer of a Company Land Owner.
REQUIREMENTS
• Land Title Number.
• Copy of the POA.
• Name, ID and PIN of the Applicant.
• Name, ID and PIN of the Donor.
• Name, ID of the Donee/Attorney
• Supporting documents e.g copy of the POA, death certificate of the Donor or Attorney, Bankruptcy order of the Donor e.t.c.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this Notice of Revocation.
• Applicant must sign the Notice of Revocation before an Advocate.
Stamp and register the Notice of Revocation at the lands registry where the property is situated.
