This notice is given by the New Landlord’s Agent/Advocate to tenant(s) after purchase of a
rented property.
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and address of the tenant(s).
• Description of the property.
PROCESS
• Fill in and sign this letter;
• Serve the letter to the tenant or tenants.

NB: it is advisable for old landlord has issues an “Introduction Letter of New Landlord to
Tenants” to make the tenants more receptive.
