ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This is an application for exemption of stamp duty for transfer of property between Spouses.
It comprises of an application letter and an affidavit.
REQUIREMENTS
• Certified copies of ID and Tax PIN for the registered owner.
• Name of spouse and certified copy ID & Tax PIN of spouse.
• Certified copy of the title document and Official Search.
• Certified copy of Marriage certificate.
• Signed Transfer.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in and sign this application.
• Swear the affidavit before a Commissioner for oaths, Notary Public, Magistrate or Consular
officer.
• Submit application letter, the affidavit and signed Transfer (Form 33 or 63) to the collector
of stamp duty for exemption.
