ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This transfer form is used for transfer of Lease hold interests e.g on sale of multi-dwelling (apartments, townhouses, office units etc) by a Seller to a Purchaser.
REQUIREMENTS
• Land Title Number.
• Name, ID, PIN and address of Seller.
• Name, ID, PIN and address of Purchaser.
• Consideration price.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this transfer form.
• The parties must sign the transfer before an Advocate.
• Value, Stamp and register the transfer at the appropriate Land Registry within 30 days.
