This debt settlement agreement is used when a debtor and a creditor negotiate and agree on a settlement
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and address of the Creditor and Debtor.
• Outstanding debt amount (original amount owed)
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this agreement.
• The Creditor and Debtor to sign the agreement in the presence of a witness.
• The agreement should be stamped with Stamp Duty within 30 days (at the nearest Lands Registry).
