This affidavit and letter are required by KRA to deregister a Tax PIN upon dissolution of a Company.
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and Tax PIN of Company
• Gazette notice no. for dissolution of the Company
PROCESS
• Fill in this affidavit and letter.
• Sign before a Commissioner for oaths, Notary Public, Magistrate or Consular officer.
• Submit the affidavit and letter for cancellation of tax pin and tax obligations on Itax portal (Registration > e-cancellation)
