ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This agreement is required when depositing or receiving an asset as security for the performance of obligations e.g by money lenders, guarantors, hospitals etc.
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and address of the Security Owner.
• Name and address of the Security Receiver.
• Description of the assets deposited as security.
PROCEDURE
• Fill in this agreement.
• The lender, borrower and security owner to sign before a witness.
• Present the agreement for stamp duty at the nearest lands registry within 30 days.
