This Escrow Agreement is required by;
a) An Investor to appoint an Escrow Agent e.g Advocate or other professional to
safeguard investment funds to be utilized for a specific purpose.
b) An Escrow Agent e.g Advocate or other Agent who is receiving large sums of money
on behalf of clients.
It is suitable for every Investors of any who would want professional safeguard in
utilization of investment funds.
REQUIREMENTS
• Name and address of the Investor.
• Name and address of the Investment agent.
• Name and address of the Escrow agent
PROCESS
• Fill in this agreement
• All parties to sign before a witness.
• Present the agreement for stamp duty at the nearest lands registry within 30 days
