This is a will by an adult Person dividing property among family and or friends.
- Names of the beneficiaries (family and friends).
- Names and address of Executor(s) – An executor must be a person(s) you can trust to manage your property in your absence.
- Names and address of Trustee(s) – Trustee(s) is a person(s) who will be responsible for children (below age of 21 years). Executors can be appointed as Trustees.
The Will should be signed in the presence of two independent witnesses who MUST NOT be beneficiaries.
The Will should be kept safely e.g. in a safe, safe deposit box or with a family Lawyer.
Note: It is advisable to disclose the existence of a Will to the Executors, Trustees and Beneficiaries and where it is kept.
