This is a will where the Testator bequeaths their entire estate to one beneficiary (the ‘primary beneficiary’). It however contains a provision for a ‘secondary beneficiary’ if the primary beneficiary fails to survive the testator. It is best suited for persons who desire to bequeath their estate to one person only.

After completing this will the Testator must sign it in the presence of two witnesses who will also sign thereafter. The will should be kept in a place with restricted access such as a personal safe, safe deposit box in banks or with a Lawyer.
