An internal memo by an Employer notifying Employees of unpaid leave. It is used where an Employer cannot afford to pay Employees salaries due to financial difficulty. After completing this memo it must be signed by the employer or their representative.
Note. Section 10(5) of the Employment Act provides that where terms of the employment contract change, the employer is required to reflect the changes in consultation with the employee.
