Section 281 of the Companies Act requires that General Meetings must be convened with at least 21 days’ notice. A Waiver of Notice is required to be signed by every member (shareholder/director) accepting to attend the meeting by a shorter notice.
The signed waiver should be submitted to the Chairperson/Secretary convening the meeting.
