ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This Notice of Objection to Removal of a Caution must be filed by the Cautioner within 30 days of notice to remove the caution the Registrar.

It comprises of a Booking form – Form LRA 9, Notice of Objection to Removal of a Caution – Form LRA 72.

REQUIREMENTS
• Land Title Number.
• Name, ID, PIN and address of Cautioner.
• Name, ID and Address of the Objector (I.e. Registered Proprietor/Interested Party).
• Registration entry number of the caution.

PROCEDURE
• Fill in this Application form.
• The Cautioner must sign the Application before an Advocate.
• Stamp (with nominal stamp duty) and register the Notice of Objection to Removal of a Caution at the appropriate Land Registry.
