This form is used to transfer land by a Trustee in Bankruptcy to a Transferee e.g.
Purchaser, creditor etc.
It comprises of a Booking form – Form LRA 9 and Transfer by a Trustee in Bankruptcy – Form LRA 45.
REQUIREMENTS
- Land Title Number.
- Name, ID, PIN and address of Trustee in Bankruptcy.
- Name, address and registered office of the Transferee.
- Court order appointing Trustee in Bankruptcy.
- Consideration price.
PROCEDURE
- Fill in this transfer form.
- The parties must sign the transfer before an Advocate.
- Value, Stamp and register the transfer at the appropriate Land Registry within 30 days.
