ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT
This form of consent is required to be signed by a Chargee, Mortgagee, Leasee or other person with an Interest in Land (not a right to use the land e.g. tenant) before it can be transferred.

It comprises of Consent by the Encumbrancer to transfer – Form LRA 34.

REQUIREMENTS
• Land Title Number.
• Name, ID and address for the Encumbrancer.
• Copy of the registered encumbrance (E.g. Charge, Lease, Mortgage etc).

PROCEDURE
• Fill in this Consent form.
• The Encumbrancer must sign the Consent Form before an Advocate.
• The form accompanies a Transfer form.
